What is Hop-on/Hop-off?
A sightseeing bus that allows riders to board and exit the bus at our designated stops as many times as they want within an 2-hour timeframe.
Are private parties allowed?
While IPE is a Hop-on/Hop-off bus we are currently booking for private events.
What’s included in the booking?
Ice and cups are included while we do have refreshments onboard for an additional charge.
Will a deposit be required to book?
Yes, deposits are due at the time of booking, in order to secure your booking a $100 non refundable deposit is required and go towards your remaining balance.
When is remaining balance due?
All remaining balances are due 48 hours prior to booking date. Funds are non refundable but transferable to a new date if a cancellation occurs after balance has been paid.
Is there a accidental deposit?
Yes, a $200 refundable deposit is due on the date of event, if no accidents occur upon inspection after your event then the accidental deposit is fully refundable.
Are there any cancellation/rescheduling policies?
Yes, if for whatever reason you need to cancel your total amount paid will be transferred to another event at any future date.
Will there be an up charge for miles/distance?
Yes, if you are 20+ miles outside of the 77026 zip code there will be an additional fee of $1 per mile.
Are there any decorations or props included?
No, decorations and props will be an additional charge depending upon your desired look. Please contact us with more info to better assist you further with this matter!
Sales Tax are included on all transactions!
