Yes, if for whatever reason you need to cancel your total amount paid will be transferred to another event in the same calendar year..

Yes, if you are 20+ miles outside of 77078 zip code there will be an additional fee of $1 per mile. 40-50 miles $2 per mile.

Yes, we do understand Houston traffic doesn’t care about time or place. We do allow up to a 15 minute grace period to our customers. We just ask that you do the same. If you missed your time slot for the wristband option after the 15 min grace period, please feel free to use the self service option on our website to book your next hop on hop off time frame.

While we do understand incidents and accidents occur. We don’t issue refunds, but feel free to contact us to book your next event. We will issue a credit available for your use for a future event in the same calendar. Use it for your mother, brother, cousin , kids whoever you please.

We customize our routes to include the hottest nightlife in the city of Houston. We follow the trends to see where the majority of club goers are going to keep your experience up to date. Catch us in traffic and hop on and off as much as you like within your timeframe.

Events we curate for holidays, games,concerts, festivals, and other occasions that are happening in the city of Houston. We design these events with the customer in mind !

Yes, retainers are due at the time of booking, in order to secure your booking a $100 non refundable retainer is required and go towards your remaining balance.

All remaining balances are due 48 hours prior to the booking date. Funds are non refundable but transferable to a new date if a cancellation occurs after the balance has been paid.

Yes, a $200 refundable deposit is due on the date of event, if no accidents occur upon inspection after your event then the accidental deposit is fully refundable.

Our calendars open up three months prior . For private party package upgrades, we ask that you book 3-4 weeks in advance to allow for custom decorations to arrive promptly.

Unfortunately we don’t allow smoking on the party express, but we do make frequent stops for those who prefer the smokers section. Vaping and hookah on the other hand is allowed.

Issa Party Express is currently booking private parties for all ages! Our Hop on Hop off option however is only available to those 21+

Yes, we have handle rails available for your safety.

We have a permit with the city for an occupancy of up to 48 people. However we can sit 30-35 comfortably depending on sizing of the guests.

No, decorations and props will be an additional charge depending on your desired look. Please contact us with more information to better assist you further with this matter. Also take a look at our packages available to add on for your special event !

Ice, cups, shot cups, and games are all provided at no additional costs. We do have mixers (sprite, coke, pineapple juice, and cranberry juice ) to purchase at an additional cost. In addition to mixers we have things to aid with recovery and overall hydration: water, gatorade and BC powder. We also have add-on packages for special events such as prom, graduation, birthday, bachelor, and bachelorette parties. We also have a network of clubs and bars that allow for free entry.
