Our Private Party Add on Packages must be booked 2-4 weeks in advance to allow for custom decoration orders.

The $100 retainer required at the time of booking to secure your date is nonrefundable, but it is transferable. This is also applied toward your balance!

A $100 security deposit is required at booking for any incidents that may occur. If no incidents occur the deposit is refunded at the end of your party!

Funds are nonrefundable but are transferable to a new date if a cancellation occurs after balance has been paid. Your new date must be booked within the same calendar year.

There is a 15-minute grace period for our customers. We just ask for the same in return =)
